80400 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 80400 platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using the 80400 platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all policies referenced herein. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the 80400 platform immediately.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 80400 ("Platform"). The platform reserves the right to amend these terms at any time with reasonable notice. Your continued use of the platform following the publication of any amendments will be deemed your acceptance of the revised terms.
The 80400 platform is open only to individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you have reached the required age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
2. Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one account registered under their real name. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, email address, and a valid phone number. Providing false or inaccurate information during registration or the identity verification (KYC) process may result in account closure and forfeiture of your balance.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account — whether or not you authorised it — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the 80400 support team immediately.
- Use a strong, unique password for your 80400 account.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
- Log out of your account when using a shared device.
- Keep your account information up to date whenever there are any changes.
3. User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
As an 80400 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. The following activities are strictly prohibited on this platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to the platform's systems or data.
- Spreading false, misleading, or harmful information to other users.
- Using another person's account or impersonating someone else.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities through the platform.
- Sharing or reselling account access to third parties.
80400 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including suspending or terminating accounts and reporting to the relevant authorities.
4. Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
All financial transactions on the 80400 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds belong to them and have been obtained through lawful means.
Deposits can be made via payment methods supported by the platform, including FPX and MOLPay. The platform does not accept deposits through methods not listed in your account's deposit section. Balances deposited via unrecognised methods may be held pending investigation.
For withdrawals, users are required to complete the identity verification (KYC) process at least once. Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered in the same name as the 80400 account. The platform is not liable for processing delays caused by the bank.
The platform reserves the right to suspend or void any transaction suspected of fraud or in breach of these terms. All decisions on settled bets are final and cannot be reversed once confirmed by the system.
5. Limitation of Liability and Account Suspension Policy
Limitation of Liability
80400 is not liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or other losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to service disruptions, technical errors, or data loss. Users access this platform entirely at their own risk.
The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of its services at all times. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary disruptions. The platform is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of such disruptions.
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
80400 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account, with or without prior notice, if:
- The user violates any of the terms set out in this document.
- Fraudulent activity or money laundering is suspected or detected.
- The registration information provided is false or inaccurate.
- The user engages in bonus or promotional abuse.
- A request is received from a competent legal authority.
If an account is closed due to fraudulent activity, the platform reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in that account. For account closures arising from other legitimate grounds, any available balance will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures once the investigation is complete.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the 80400 platform — including but not limited to design, logos, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of the platform and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services, provided purely for your convenience. 80400 does not control and is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. You access such sites entirely at your own risk.
Changes to Terms and Governing Law
80400 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Amendments take effect as soon as they are published on the website. It is the user's responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.
